Cucumber & Feta

Ready for a nice Cool dish for the heat of summer? Feta and cucumber really fits the bill. The kids and Jake loved it and its EASY to boot!
3 cucumbers
Package of Edens Lilly Marinated Feta
OR
4 oz of feta ( ours all comes pre-packed and crumbled in 4 oz packages)
2 tablespoons of Herbs de province
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
Dice the cucumbers and then dump it all together and stir! Cant get any easier than that!
