The below list should be a weekly staple October -May:
Broccoli ,Cabbage, Swiss Chard ,Kale *(multiple varieties),Collards ,Cilantro, Beets with greens (red and golden).
Available on and off throughout the season:
Onions, Potaots, Carrots, Squash, Celery, Artichoke, Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Spinach and much more!
Please be gracious with us and understand that veggies will be according to what's available. We try to have a large variety available but we cant always control, bugs, weather harvesting challenges, ect. So you may get a few servings of the same veggie. That's farm life!! If there is something you hate PLEASE let us know and we may be able to swap it out.
