Silo Wedding Venue
We have lots of different areas on the farm to host your celebration, but the silo is one of our very favorites!
We offer Just the venue, full event styling, or can just provide a little help by providing tables and chairs, or set up a cute drink or dessert table to take a few check marks off your list!
This Silo was used by my grandfather to store the grain he grew in the summer until it was needed to nourish his cattle through the winter.
Now its an amazing wealth of texture for your special day!
BASIC SILO PACKAGE

INCLUDED WITH COORDINATOR
-Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process.
-Unlimited phone & email communication from date of contract
-Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services.
-Contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any payment balances due one week prior to the ceremony.
-Organize wedding rehearsal.
-Develop & distribute Wedding Day time line to be given to the bridal party at the rehearsal.
Wedding Day Management
-Manage wedding vendors per your instructions
-Manage wedding party
-Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & receptions sites
-Organize & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests.
-Provide Bridal Emergency Kit (aspirin, energy bars, mints, sewing kit, etc.)
-Facilitate the wedding ceremony.
-Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony.
-Oversee ushers & guest book attendants.
-Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect.
-Brush tuxes so that they are lint free
-Check ladies gowns, bra straps & hair
-Properly line up processional & cue musicians.
-Bustle bride’s gown.
-Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception.
-Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances.
-Be prepared to meet any emergency situations that may arise.
-20, 72 inch round tables each table seats 10.
-200 white garden chairs
-Wedding Party Table
This is Jakes Garden. He loves it and puts tons of work into keeping it looking lovely and full of life!
We love to use the garden as a reception area for our weddings, we set it up with a coffee bar, seating area, photos and yard games for your guests to enjoy while the bride, groom, and family have their "First Look" and take photos.
The garden can also be used to host the rehearsal dinner.
