It’s Goats milk, cane sugar, a cinnamon stick and a bourbon cured vanilla bean slowly boiled and stirred for 6-8 hours until it reduces into this insanely flavorful, tangy and sweet carmel syrup.  My kids go to town on it with apples, my hubby loves to add it to coffee, I love to serve it over ice cream and Emma loves to just eat spoonfuls!
