About the event
Farm Camp 2018 was a HUGE success and one of everyone Favorite days was Milk and Cream.
We decided to add a few more fun learning opportunities and make it a stand alone class ( don't worry grown-ups your class is going to be in September!)
Learn how to Milk our goats, by hand and with the machine
See the science and microbiology behind cheesemaking
Visit our commercial cheese making room and see, feel and taste our cheeses at different stages of production.
Use the knowledge and the milk you collected to craft ricotta cheese to take home
AND learn about butter churning!
