Fermenting Class! SOLD OUT Foods, November - SOLD OUT
Learn how to safely make Saurkraut, Fermented Veggies, Pickles, and Sourdough Breads, pancakes, biscuits ect. Included is a kit of cultures to get you started on your own fermentations. We will take a quick tour of the farm and $75 and includes fermenting Kit and Cultures $50 without starter Kit

About The Event
We plan to have a fun and informative class, taught by Jake and I, teaching and learning about fermented foods. How our bodies digest them, the nutrients produced, and how to safely create them. We will take a quick tour of the farm ( you just NEED to see all our new babies) followed by a teaching time, and LOTS of taste testing! After we learn a bit and snack you l get to try your hand at creating some fermented foods for yourself to take home.
The class is $75 and includes fermenting Kit and Cultures
for couples or people that already have all the supplies they need, tickets for $50 are available.
